Cadence was established in 2017 by Joyce Zhao Li, offering HR consultancy in various industries such as retail, food and beverages, mnufacturing just to name a few. Cadence was also established to provide practical training. This unique teaching concept was created based on the vast learning experiences of another director Jerry Li.

Jerry Li
Director of Cadence, also a Singapore government-certified Registered Management Consultant (RMC). He has attained a master's degree in entrepreneurship and innovation from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). With 25 years of vast Human Resource management experience, he is familiar with the HR challenges companies face and what is appropriate the best fit solutions.

Joyce Zhao
A Project Director, also a Singapore government-certified Registered Management Consultant (RMC). She has attained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from National University of Singapore (NUS). With 26 years of in depth Human Resource management experience, she has specialized in recruitment interviews, performance appraisal, manpower planning, and salary design.

Tan You Jing
You Jing, a seasoned HR consultant, specializes in job redesign, workforce planning, competency frameworks, and change management. With strong project management skills and a strategic outlook, she delivers innovative, people-focused solutions that optimize processes and technology. You Jing excels in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Gillian Zhou
Gillian, with a Master's in Corporate Governance, brings extensive experience in HR strategy, change management, and organizational development. Having worked with SOEs, listed companies, and financial institutions, she excels in analyzing challenges, implementing tailored solutions, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to foster growth and create a productive work environment.

Michelle Huang
Michelle, an HR Business Partner with over 15 years of experience, excels in organizational restructuring, HR operations, and employee engagement. She has successfully led projects like policy harmonization, digitalization initiatives, and employee referral programs, consistently delivering positive results. Her expertise and stakeholder relationship skills make her a trusted HR partner.

Berenice Choong
Berenice, an experienced HR Consultant since 2016, specializes in HR grants consultancy, job redesign, curriculum development, and strategic HR initiatives.
